Golden View Cabin Rates
1-2 People $1,000 per week
3 People $1,050 per week
4 People $1,100 per week
Additional 5.5% Sales Tax and 4% County Room Tax will be added.
A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% deposit refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% deposit refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No deposit refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
Renters will be responsible for any damages to the rental property that may have occurred during the rental stay.
Full-week reservations May through Mid-August (Saturday to Saturday).
- Mid-August through September requires a 3-night minimum stay at $200/night plus applicable taxes.
Cabin Rules
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Maximum 4 overnight guests
- Minimum age to rent: 25
- Children allowed: ages 0-17
- No pets, special events or smoking allowed
